If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of the packaging and contact us. We want you to love your item and will be happy to replace it.
Processing time should be 3-5 days.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most merchandise returns within 45 days of purchase. There are exceptions to our 45-day return policy. For example, clearance and sales items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
All returns must be unused, in new condition, and be in the original packaging with the tags on.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, and gift cards are some.
To return items, please use the enclosed shipping label and whenever possible use the box and shipping materials your items were shipped with or you can choose your own shipping method. Send items to:

There is a $5 return shipping fee for all items when using our shipping label. Should you choose a different shipping method, you are responsible for all fees and possible shipping damage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if it is eligible for return. When your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
